Refund Policy:

Due to administrative cost, insurance, equipment costs and reservation, and other related business expenses, MoToSteps has a strict refund policy. In the event that you must cancel your attendance, it is REQUIRED that we receive notification with a minimum of 7 business days prior to scheduled course to obtain full refund. In this instance, a refund may be issued within 7-10 business days or the student will be rescheduled for another date. Refunds have to be formally approved by the Executive Committee of the MoToSteps Board of Directors.  However, once the course has begun, we offer no refund. If circumstances require a student to “drop out” during the course; the instructors must be notified as to the reason(s) and a determination will be made on a case by case basis to determine the obligation of MoToSteps to reschedule the student. FAILURE IS NOT A REASON FOR A REFUND, WHOLE OR PARTIAL. A student that is “DROPPED” from the course by an instructor due to poor physical skills or balance will be allowed to re-schedule at a later time for 50% of the original course tuition. In the event that MoToSteps must cancel or stop a course due to weather, etc, the attending students will be re-scheduled at their convenience.

Check Acceptance and Return Policy

We accept checks written for payment of services. However, payments made by check will have a 10 business day hold before a class can be scheduled. Classes will be scheduled for check writers 10 business days after receipt of the check. If a check is returned for any reasons, primarily due to “non sufficient funds” or “account closed”, the student’s name will be removed from the course schedule until full payment plus a $30.00 return check fee has been paid. The check writer will be notified immediately by certified U.S. Postal mail when a check has been returned.
